The set is divided into: Upper Body (Anterior & Posterior), and Lower Body (Anterior & Posterior). They are designed to function together as a complete reference system and are therefore sold exclusively as a set of two.

Myofascial Trigger Points (MTrPs) are discrete, hyperirritable regions within taut bands of skeletal muscle. They are commonly associated with local tenderness, stiffness, restricted range of motion and characteristic referred pain patterns. These points may develop following overload, repetitive strain, postural stress, trauma or prolonged muscular guarding.
