Why the name educare.design?
The name is an abbreviation of educational healthcare design. The word “educare” furthermore means to teach in latin (and in Italian). It very succinctly sums up what the designs try to achieve and avoids limitations towards any particular group of healthcare professionals.
What if I have an idea?
If you have a specific need for some piece of educational healthcare design that others could also benefit from, then reach out to us. The idea is to help everyone understand the benefits of responsible and professional healthcare, which is best achieved by throwing all ideas on the table and see what comes out of it!
You are located in Italy, are the artworks shipped from there?
Only if you are located in Italy. Our printing partners have facilities in all major countries and each artwork is custom printed in whichever country your clinic is located. This saves expenses, time and is better for the environment. It furthermore allows us to offer free Worldwide delivery on everything!
Is free worldwide delivery really true?
Yes …but perhaps with some limitations. The artworks are produced and sold all over the World and we are proud to have them hanging at clinics in Brisbane, Dubai, Milan, Copenhagen, Ottawa, Los Angeles and a lot of places in between! However; we can’t say for sure if our current printing partners can deliver everywhere, but we haven’t had any issues with delivery yet. We are also happy to work with you to find a new printing solution near your location. At the very least, we also offer the artworks in a reduced price digital format so that customers can choose to have the designs printed themselves. We guarantee that we will find a solution for delivery wherever you might be located, regardless of the size of your order!
What if I find an error in a translation?
We do the best we can, but unfortunate some errors in translation can happen. We constantly look for ways to improve this, but if you do find any error in any language on any of the artworks, we very much appreciate receiving your corrections and will quickly fix the error and happily offer you the edited design at a reduced price as our sincere thanks!
What if I need something customised?
Then we will find a solution. Simple as that! We have yet to loose a customer because we haven’t been able to find a solution when working together, so just write us at shop@educare.design if you have any specific requests not readily available at this website. Reaching out and hearing our ideas for a potential solution will cost you nothing.
Can you help with designing our logo or the clinic’s signage?
Yes, we also work separate from educare.design, but our know-how rooted in healthcare and our experience working side by side with clinics, has put us in an ideal position to assist new clinics getting their optimal start in life.
