It’s Okay

It’s okay not to be okay!

It’s important to remember that it’s okay to not be okay. We all have ups and downs, and it’s normal to experience difficulties and struggles. It’s important to reach out for support, talk to someone you trust, and take care of your mental and emotional well-being. Nobody is expected to be okay all the time, and it’s okay to ask for help when needed.

Mental health awareness is crucial for understanding and addressing the challenges individuals face regarding their emotional and psychological well-being. Our focus with this artwork is to promote mental health awareness, so that we can assist psychiatrists, physiologists and everyone else working tirelessly to fight the stigma associated with mental health. We wish to increase understanding and provide resources and support for everyone helping those seeking help. We’ve created the Mental Health line of artworks to support you to empower your patients to take better care of themselves and seek (or continue) proper treatment, leading to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

✍︎ Remarks from the designer

My intention with all the mental health artworks has been to visualise a relatable feeling that is reflected onto the viewers. The various texts are all in a supporting role to the visuals, rather than dictating the artwork. I wanted to evoke empathy and a strong sense of prior relationship with the people seen on the designs to facilitate an instant transition into their emotional beings.
