Health is indeed a fundamental responsibility in life. Our well-being affects every aspect of our existence, influencing our ability to manage other duties and enjoy life. Without good health, we face limitations in our physical and mental capacities, which can hinder our productivity, relationships, and overall quality of life. Taking care of our health, therefore, should be prioritised as the foundation for leading a fulfilling and successful life – even above other priorities regardless of how urgent (and needed) they may seem!
