Inspired by Applied Kinesiology, Total Body Modification (TBM) is a holistic healing technique that aims to promote physical and emotional well-being through muscle testing and various body alignment techniques. Emotional and physical stress can disrupt the body’s energy flow, leading to health issues and TBM seeks to identify and restore this balance using gentle and non-invasive methods. It emphasises the interconnection between body, mind, and spirit, making it popular among those looking for alternative therapy options.

This TBM Total Body Modification chart is divided into 3 parts; first two parts are the Body Points and the third part is Pathologies and Systems. This has been done to simplify each part by avoiding an overlaying and confusing amount of points on any one area of the chart. Second part furthermore contains descriptive assistance of the specific points and corresponding techniques. The chart has been designed to assist health care practitioners with quick identification of body points, to help improve the overall functional physiology of their patients. It should not be considered a stand alone educative tool for those not already familiar with TBM, but as a helpful and visually pleasing reference that will generate interest and curiosity at your clinic.
