A Visual Reflection on Wellbeing, Perspective & Whole-Person Care.<\/strong>
\nIn Balance \/ Imbalance is a set of two complementary artistic posters created for clinics that take a more reflective, whole-person approach to healthcare.<\/p>\n

Rather than illustrating a diagnosis or prescribing a fixed idea of health, the set uses symbolic line art to explore two recognisable human states: feeling centred, grounded and connected; or feeling unsettled, overloaded and out of rhythm.<\/p>\n

In Balance presents a calm seated figure with a composed, symmetrical arrangement of symbolic forms across the body. The illustration suggests stillness, alignment, self-awareness and the value of creating space for restoration. Imbalance uses a freer, more expressive figure surrounded by looping lines, movement and visual noise. It offers a gentle representation of the moments when life can feel less settled \u2014 physically, mentally or emotionally.<\/p>\n

Together, the two posters create a thoughtful visual contrast that can support conversations around stress, recovery, posture, movement, daily habits, emotional wellbeing and the importance of noticing change before it begins to affect everyday life.<\/p>\n

The imagery is intentionally open to interpretation. It is not diagnostic and does not suggest that health can be reduced to a single state of \u201cbalance\u201d. Instead, it gives practitioners a calm, human and visually distinctive way to communicate that wellbeing is dynamic, personal and often influenced by many connected aspects of life.<\/p>\n
