Plantar Fascia and Foot Arches brings together the structures patients often hear about but rarely see clearly \u2014 the plantar fascia, heel fat pad, intrinsic foot muscles, foot bones and the three arches that help the foot support standing, adapt to the ground and manage load through walking and movement.<\/p>\n

Unlike a standard foot anatomy chart, this design focuses specifically on the plantar side of the foot and the arch system beneath it. The large soft-tissue illustration shows the central, medial and lateral bands of the plantar aponeurosis alongside the heel fat pad and key intrinsic muscles. A complementary skeletal view then clarifies the bones that create the arch framework, including the calcaneus, talus, navicular, cuboid, cuneiforms and metatarsals.<\/p>\n
