\nBreathing Mechanics and Exercises Set combines two complementary clinic charts: The Mechanics of Breathing<\/a> and Breathing Exercises<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Together, they create a clear patient education flow. The Mechanics of Breathing explains how one breath moves through the body \u2014 from the airway, ribs and diaphragm to trunk pressure and pelvic floor response. Breathing Exercises then gives patients simple ways to practise the same concepts through rib breathing, long exhalation, pelvic floor release breathing and exhale-on-effort.<\/p>\n

The set is designed for clinics that want to explain breathing as more than \u201cdeep breathing\u201d. It shows breathing as a coordinated body system involving rib movement, diaphragm motion, pressure control, relaxation and movement support.<\/p>\n
