Cranial Bones, anterior

Anterior Cranial Bones.

From the “Vintage Collection”; A truly complete and spectacular visual design that gives immediate assistance to the understanding of bones, plates and surfaces of the human skull.
The anterior cranial bones refer to the bones that make up the front part of the skull, including the frontal bone and the ethmoid bone. These bones provide protection for the brain and support the facial features. We reccommend you to also view our comprehensive A&P artwork detailing the skeletal system with cranial bones here, as well as our craniofacial muscles artwork here.

We absolutely adore the old hand drawn anatomy illustrations and the intention with this artwork has been to honour their particular style, while combining it with a modern approach to patient education. Throughout our vintage collection, the names and labels have all been positioned to point towards the very centre of each artwork, an effect that is further enhanced with our signature dotted lines. This technique has given the informative texts an added function as a graphic element by itself; not to distract from the original source materials, but to complement it.
