Zone Technique
Envision the body as a sophisticated electrical network, with the brain serving as the circuit breaker that regulates the nerves extending throughout the body. There are six specific points located along the superior nuchal line of the skull, each corresponding to one of the six health zones that govern the major organ systems. During embryonic development, the human brain establishes six centers that play a crucial role in health maintenance. The six regulatory brain centers often refer to key areas of the brain involved in homeostasis and regulatory functions, such as the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, brainstem, limbic system, thalamus, and the cerebral cortex. These centers regulate vital processes including temperature control, hormone release, emotional responses, and autonomic functions. Together, they coordinate the body’s responses to internal and external stimuli, ensuring stability and proper physiological functioning.
