A Game Changer!

What if your patients could use their phones at your clinic, to scan any of your anatomy and physiology artworks and get immediate access to take the chart and it’s information home with them? And what if the same scan gave them a customised list with invitation to review your clinic, to follow and share you on socials, to visit your website and to call you?

Introducing QR Scans.
We now offer the option of adding custom QR Codes to each anatomy and physiology artwork, giving your patients direct connection to take home a digital access to the medical charts. Think of it as a mini-site, which is customised for your clinic. It has your logo, colors, website, phone number, social media, review link and it has the same medical chart, from where the QR Code was scanned, as well as text introducing the subject of the chart.

Take it for a spin.
The best way to explain this new game-changing feature, is by using it and see for yourself. We have made a fully functioning demo link, which we invite you to try out. Below you will see a QR Code; if you are visiting from a phone or tablet you only need to click on the QR Code to see how it works. If you are visiting from a desktop computer we reccommend you to use a phone to scan the QR Code, which would be how your clients connect from the artworks at your clinic. If you don’t have access to a phone, we have a presentation further down on this page illustrating the functionalities and look of the QR Code feature.

This particular demo QR Code links to an example of our Sciatica and Stenosis artwork. The links you will see, when you scan the QR Code, are using our own information as an example (website, socials, reviews, etc). These links will of course be customised to your clinic.

Next level patient education.
When you add the customisation option of a QR Code to the anatomy and physiology artworks at our shop, your poster or canvas print becomes next level patient education! This unique feature takes something static and transforms it into a nexus of knowledge with your clinic as it’s central point.

If we continue with Sciatica and Stenosis as the example, you can now use the artwork on the wall not just to show the patients the location of the sciatic nerve or the mechanics of a pinched spinal cord, but also ensure that they can use the same artwork on their phones when they explain sciatica to friends and family after leaving your clinic.

This by itself is a turning point for medical artwork, but the addition of creating individual connections from each artwork to a customised mini-site with your clinic’s most relevant links, is absolute next level!

Image above shows a QR Code on the artworks. It is positioned in the lower right corner and the “Scan me” text will be in the same language as you choose the artwork to be (when ordering). Because each QR Code is unique, it links directly to your mini-site with a link to the right medical chart.

Please note: If you choose both Logo and QR-Code customisation, we place your logo in the lower right corner and a smaller QR-Code opposite in the lower left corner.

Image above shows how the mini-site looks, which links it has and your choices for logo and color customisation. For us to setup the correct links, we will contact you after you have ordered your anatomy and physiology artwork with the QR Code feature. We will ask you to provide us with the links to your clinic’s website, logo, phone number, social media profile (of your choice) and your preferred review link (Google, Trustpilot, etc). Please note the option of changing languages on the mini-site, which can be used by your patients.

Image above shows the landing page for the medical chart link (accessible from the top link at the mini-site), in this example the Sciatica and Stenosis chart. Below the chart is a text explaining the basics of sciatica and stenosis. Language of chart and the informational text can be changed to your patients preferences.

The challenges of patient education.
As you probably know better than most, it can be frustratingly difficult to change health-related habits of patients. It requires patience and the ability to part with knowledge in a clear and concise way that stays with people. Our mission at educare.design is to assist you as much as possible, without adding to your daily workflow. The better our materials; the easier the comprehension will be for your patients, which will free up some of your time. We do not wish to intrude by adding to your daily to-do list, but will help your clinic optimise and automate the parts concerning patient education.

The addition of the QR Code feature exemplifies our approach to rethinking conventional patient educational materials. If we compare it to handing out brochures from the clinic, the QR Codes has now made this partially obsolete. It’s not that brochures are a bad idea, but they would just never be able to accomplish anything close to what we can offer with the QR Codes, which are also at a fraction of the cost, can be edited immediately, can be shared indefinitely and will never run out!

If you have any questions regarding the QR Code feature, please don’t hesitate to contact us on shop@educare.design or through our socials. We will be happy to hear from you and we look forward to setting up this new feature with your next order.

Please note: If your clinic changes website, phone number or any information accessible through the QR Code, we can easily change the links so you won’t have to re-purchase the artworks!

Free QR Info-Codes on our Vintage Anatomy Artwork!
We now also offer free QR Info-Codes on all our vintage anatomy artworks, that will give patients access to digital versions of the artworks with more detailed information! These QR Info-Codes can’t be customised, but function as a free service from your clinic to your patients. It is very helpful for the patient to be able to look something up using the same visual aids, as what they used with you at the clinic.
