By recognising and addressing these imbalances, individuals can improve their posture, reduce pain, and promote overall musculoskeletal health. This artwork aims to raise awareness to empower individuals to make necessary changes to their daily habits, including incorporating exercises, stretches, and ergonomic adjustments, to correct and maintain optimal posture.
