Don’t try to control your thoughts.
Just don’t let them control you!
With this artwork we underline the importance of being in control of your actions, rather than your thoughts. Instead of trying to control every thought that pops into your mind, it can be more productive to focus on not letting those thoughts control your actions and emotions. Recognise that thoughts can come and go, and they don’t necessarily reflect reality or define who you are. By practicing mindfulness and observing your thoughts without judgment, you can create a distance between yourself and those thoughts, allowing you to respond more effectively rather than react impulsively.
